How Synovial Marketing handles information on this website.
Contact and bookings
When you contact Synovial Marketing or book a call, we use your name, email, business information, message and appointment details to respond and arrange the service. Records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Resend delivers confirmations and inquiry notifications to Synovial and its website support team. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry.
Marketing emails and guides
Newsletter signup records include your email, any name you provide, signup source and signup or unsubscribe history. Cloudflare D1 stores these records; Resend sends our newsletters. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop marketing emails. An inquiry or booking is separate from signing up for the newsletter.
Some guide links take you to Flodesk forms. Information you enter there is handled by that service. The native newsletter does not currently forward signups to Flodesk; its former integration is dormant.
AI sidekick and marketing check-in
The optional interview starts when you choose to begin. ElevenLabs processes your conversation to provide AI responses. Synovial stores session information and assessment findings in Cloudflare D1. If you request an emailed plan, we save your name, email, business and findings, send the plan through Resend, and notify our team for follow-up. Newsletter signup has its own optional checkbox.
A functional interview cookie expires after one hour. That expiry ends browser access to the session; it is not a promise that database, email or provider records are deleted at that moment. Ending the interview stops the connection but does not erase records already processed. Do not enter passwords, private customer records or other sensitive information.
Site services and your device
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes technical request information. Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide site performance measurements where enabled; this is separate from advertising pixels. Google Fonts receives technical requests when fonts load. Podcast players contact Spotify or Apple when you open their player. The site remembers functional interface choices, including whether the AI sidekick note was dismissed or an interview completed. Browser settings can clear these choices.
If a paid service is enabled, checkout is handled by Stripe; card details are entered with Stripe. Social, podcast and guide links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Questions and choices
Contact Synovial Marketing to ask about your information, correction or deletion, or the service providers used for your inquiry. Records may exist in our database, business email and service-provider systems; retention varies by record and service. Do not use the AI chat to send a privacy request containing sensitive details.
